The Croatian-American vocalist Thana Alexa provides an answer with the Ponta Lopud Jazz Pageant, situated on a tiny, car-free island off the coast of Dubrovnik in Croatia. It is a spectacular place for a music fan, but it surely may be even higher for the artists.
