After a short hiatus (so annoying when “life” will get in the best way!), I’m again with a brand new meal plan! This can be a week of huge flavours, largely quick skillet dinners, oven bakes and all assured crowd-pleasers. You get every part from punchy Cajun salmon and sticky Asian chilli hen, to a comfortable baked ziti, scorching hen fajitas, recent crunchy san choy bow, and a hearty jambalaya.

Weekly Meal Plan #6

1. BAKED CAJUN SALMON BITES
No-fuss scrumptious method to prepare dinner salmon, quick! (As in, 12 minutes flat. Significantly!)

2. asian chilli hen
The flavour in that is 100% me – savoury, candy, and somewhat bit spicy! Tastes like Thai Chilli Jam (besides, tremendous fast home made model).

3. baked ziti
With pockets of ricotta and a particular seasoning for the mince, that is a lot greater than “simply one other pasta bake”!

4. hen fajitas
A punchy fajita marinade makes the hen unbelievably juicy and loaded with flavour!

5. san choy bow
Hits arduous on flavour with a super-tasty, savoury sauce that soaks proper into the mince and makes each crunchy chunk addictive!

6. jambalaya
Daring and hearty with juicy hen and smoked sausage, sizzling contender for the BEST one-pot hen and rice on this planet!!!

7. popcorn hen
So, SO a lot better than KFC! Crunchier, higher flavour, and fewer greasy. Eat by the handful!
