The Trump campaign fired back after Jim Messina, who served as White House deputy chief of staff under President Barack Obama, claimed that the Republican candidate was “trying to steal this election.”
Apparently “questioning elections” is no longer “fascist” or “authoritarian”?
messina made a comment He made the remarks in an interview with Biden’s former press secretary Jen Psaki on Sunday’s MSNBC show.
He believes President Trump will take legal action to combat voter fraud in battleground states.
“Everyone’s talking about Nov. 5 and who’s going to win on Election Day. It’s the next day that’s worrying,” Messina said.
He argued that taking legal action to secure the vote was a “foreshadowing” of what President Trump might do.
“They’re going to steal this election and bring some of these crazy cases to their favorite U.S. Supreme Court,” he argued, as if there were any other Supreme Court.
“We know Trump is trying to steal this,” Messina added. “He did that last time too.”
Trump campaign pushes back over claims that the election will be stolen
It’s always strange to hear Democrats publicly make statements they’ve been telling the nation for years. This is a thought crime against democracy.
Trump campaign spokesman Stephen Chan pushed back, calling Messina a “punk” and, like many around Obama, hoping their candidate, Kamala Harris, would lose. He suggested that he was afraid.
“Jim Messina is a punk and no one listens to him because he hasn’t evolved with the times,” says the modest Chan. told The Hill.
“Kamala and the Democrats are clearly afraid of President Trump’s momentum and are already preparing excuses.”

Such claims mean the end of democracy.
Sigh. I’m old enough to remember that Democrats have consistently and repeatedly asserted that questioning the election results would be the end of democracy as we know it, and perhaps the end of the world.
Make it meaningful. It’s strange that they keep complaining that the election was rigged.
“I was basically the candidate they stole the election from,” Hillary Clinton said in 2020.
Hilary speaks @Crow Washer “So there’s an air of injustice surrounding the Trump presidency, and that only infuriates them… because I was the candidate from whom they essentially stole the election.” https://t.co/NovSU9xxyo

During the last campaign, Clinton openly stated that anyone who does not accept the election results at face value is a “direct threat to our democracy.”
So Messina is a direct threat, right?
Donald Trump has refused to say he will respect the election results.
It is a direct threat to our democracy.

Perhaps the reason they are so worried about election fraud is because they themselves have committed so much fraud. All you have to do is look at the bad poll numbers and see how they sent Biden and got Harris.
And it’s been going on for a while. Just ask Sens. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) and Elizabeth Warren (D-MA).
Sanders said the 2016 nomination stolen from him By a system “rigged” to favor Clinton. Sen. Elizabeth Warren also accused Democrats of “cheating.” Clinton’s primaries.
Now they set it up for Harris and point to the other guy. Please give me a break.
