Digital Healthcare Company Truepill and medtech prescription specialist ScriptDrop have partnered to integrate ScriptDrop’s same-day prescription delivery service with Truepill’s pharmacy platform, allowing patients to choose their own pharmacy for medication delivery through ScriptDrop’s two-hour service.
The partnership allows patients to visit their local pharmacies and gives pharmacists an outlet to interact directly with patients.
The partnership with ScriptDrop expands Truepill’s fulfillment options by enabling same-day delivery nationwide, in addition to retail pick-up and mail order fulfillment through Truepill pharmacies.
“By integrating ScriptDrop’s efficient same-day delivery service into our comprehensive digital pharmacy platform, we are giving patients more choice to meet their individual needs and treatment requirements, ensuring a seamless, reliable experience from prescription to doorstep,” TruePill CEO Paul Greenall said in a statement.
“This collaboration with ScriptDrop marks a major milestone in our mission to deliver patient-centric care and is a testament to why Truepill remains the first choice for life sciences leaders who want to provide patients with frictionless access to medications combined with the highest quality multi-modal pharmacy support.”
