A Secret Service agent assigned to Kamala Harris’ stepdaughter, Ella Emhoff, arrested an “anti-police watchdog” during a heated altercation on a New York City sidewalk on Tuesday.
video The show was obtained by TMZ. The alleged “anti-police watchdog” is outraged that police are allowed to park with placards while members of the public cannot.
Emhoff, the daughter of Private Doug Emhoff, was having lunch at a TriBeCa restaurant when an annoyed woman from New York confronted security guards outside.
Apparently the man did not know he was dealing with the Secret Service and simply thought they were plainclothes officers.
He ended up ripping the license plates off one of the police SUVs.

Secret Service arrests man, escorts Ella Emhoff to safety
Video shows Ella Emhoff, who was inside the restaurant with a friend, was quickly escorted outside and put into an SUV.
The Secret Service confirmed to TMZ that the man had tampered with the license plate for no apparent reason, after which he was detained and arrested.
The video shows him being taken away.
The agency noted that none of the people in its custody who were under its supervision were in danger as a result of the altercation.
It is unclear at this time what charges the man will face.

I’m glad they took good care of the guy.
Honestly, the Secret Service got very lucky here: if a guy confronted by Ella Emhoff had climbed up a sloping roof and started complaining about parking, there’s no way they could have stopped him.
As everyone knows from the assassination attempt on President Trump, the slightly sloping roof is a weak point of the agency.
The Secret Service has come under intense scrutiny for a number of missteps that led to the assassination attempt on President Trump and the death of a former fire chief who shielded his wife and children from an onslaught of bullets at a rally in Butler, Pennsylvania.
Emhoff, meanwhile, has established himself as a model, designer and style icon.

She caught the fashion world’s attention when she appeared at the 2021 presidential inauguration and signed a modeling contract just days later.
Since then, she’s walked the runway for brands like Balenciaga and Proenza Schouler, none of which has anything to do with who her mother is, for sure.
