sabrina carpenteris fast approaching pop superstardom…but she still shows her love for pop music’s goats — because christina aguilera I joined her on stage and performed a few songs.
The “Espresso” singer was performing at Crypto.com Arena (formerly Staples Center) on Friday night… when Christina showed up for a surprise performance and Sabrina delivered the shock felt by many in the audience. It made it even more exciting.
Check out the clip… Before launching into “Ain’t No Other Man,” SC had her hand over her mouth while Christina belted out a few notes.
Sabrina quickly goes from stunned silence to singing along with CA…and the two almost look like twins with their bleached blonde hair and matching black outfits.
The two also reportedly sang “What A Girl Wants” together…so it wasn’t just a one-and-done thing for them.
It’s worth noting… this isn’t the first time Sabrina and Christina have sung together. They performed a similar duet in September at the 25th anniversary celebration of Aguilera’s self-titled debut album.
By the way, Sabrina is a big fan of Christina’s… recently, her mother played her the song “A Sunday Kind of Love,” which Aguilera performed on “Star Search” in 1990, when she was little. It was an incredibly emotional moment in her musical journey.
She now has the chance to sing with her idol… probably what every girl and boy in the audience wanted!
