Lisa Vanderpump She’s ready for some new characters and more drama… TMZ has learned that cameras have rolled into her restaurant for a new project.
A source familiar with the project tells TMZ … the production team has been filming the potential new show at LVP’s West Hollywood hotspot SUR for the past few weeks.
The pilot’s cast will reportedly be made up of an all-new cast of SUR employees, much like when “Vanderpump Rules” first began. Tom Sandoval, Stassi Schroeder, Jax Taylor, Scheana ShayIn 2013, some examples included:
None of the current “VPR” cast members are set to star in the new project, but sources say the pilot has not yet been officially picked.
So fans of the original Pump Rules series need not worry, as if the show is greenlit, it will be treated as a spin-off and not a reboot.
In fact, “Vanderpump Rules” is reportedly planning to return for Season 12 and begin production this fall… in a few months. Pause As drama heats up among the cast.
It’s also being said that producers may just be using this pilot to test out SUR employees to see if anyone would work well in future seasons.
