MSNBC host Joy Reid, infuriated by the Supreme Court’s decision on President Trump’s claim of executive immunity, declared that Joe Biden’s infirmity no longer matters. In her view, what matters now is that the Republican nominee will never be allowed back into the White House.
Reid, a reliable source for some of the more insane takes on the news of the day, posted a TikTok video showing him becoming distraught over the Supreme Court’s decision.
The Supreme Court ruled 6-3 on Monday that the president has “absolute” immunity for official conduct but not for non-official conduct, leaving it to lower courts to decide which conduct constitutes official and private conduct.
The ruling gives President Trump significant immunity for his actions and means that his prosecution for trying to overturn the results of the last election is unlikely to be tried before the 2024 presidential election.
Reid responded predictably: He declared a state of emergency, attacked the wives of conservative Justices Samuel Alito and Clarence Thomas, suggested Trump might order drone attacks on the Biden family and argued that the current president’s “infirmity” doesn’t matter as long as he remains in power.

Reid even suggested that if President Trump wins a second term, he could view Joe Biden as a national security threat and kill his family with drones if they “go on an international trip.”
She highlighted the insanity of the Supreme Court, accusing it of “trying to roll back an entire 20th century law” and “rushing it.”
Reid told his followers that they were now “voting for their lives.”
