Anirudh’s Plea to Janak
Anirudh urges Janak to let Arshi win the competition, explaining that Arshi is in a mentally unstable state after the accident and needs this win to overcome her depression. A hurt Janak points out that he too might suffer if he loses and questions why Arshi should sacrifice her chance.
Anirudh tries to convince him that she deserves a better chance, but Janak feels betrayed and accuses Anirudh of doing this because he loves Arshi. Anirudh argues that Arshi needs the win more than him, but Janak refuses to back down and angrily leaves.
The final performance begins
The final round of the contest begins, and Ruchita introduces the two finalists, Arshi and Janak. The contestants wear masks and dance to “Udi Udi.” During the performance, Janak loses focus as he is distracted by Anirudh’s words.
When the dance is over, her mask falls off and the audience applauds, while in another scene, Apu expresses his love for Janak and Lalon and worries that Janak has not come to visit him.
Arshi’s victory
After the performance, Ruchita congratulates Arshi on her consecutive wins and calls on the judges to make a decision. While waiting for the results, Kumar Sanu entertains the audience with a medley of songs. Backstage, tensions rise as Tanuja cautions the others not to utter Janak’s name in front of Apu, who is deeply attached to her.
Finally, Ruchita announces that Janak has won the runner up award, to which Anirudh, though disappointed, believes that despite losing this competition, Janak will achieve even greater success in the future.
