Here’s the deal… During the summer, Hal claimed that Olivier was trying to Take a break from co-parenting therapyShe then filed a complaint, asking the judge to force Olivier back.
In new legal documents obtained by TMZ, a judge sided with Halle, but noted that Olivier had already complied with her request after dragging Halle to court over the issue.
So Halle has a small victory here.
Halle and Olivier were married from 2013 to 2016; their divorce was finalized Eight years later, in August 2023. They have one child who is 11 years old Maceo.
The documents also say the judge ordered the two ex-girlfriends not to discuss custody issues with the child or make negative comments about them or their boyfriends in front of the boy.
We reached out to Olivier’s camp but have not heard back so far.
