Fortnite fans can rejoice with the Fortnite Reloaded update, an action-packed Battle Royale and Zero-Build mode with classic weapons, classic locations, and classic vibes.
It will begin immediately following the concert on Saturday, June 22nd at 11am Pacific time.
Taking place on a smaller map featuring familiar locations like Tilted Towers and Retail Row, Fortnite Reload is a 40-player squad experience where if you’re eliminated you can reboot as long as one member of your four-person team remains – kind of like Resurgence in Call of Duty: Warzone.
In Fortnite Reload, the Storm moves faster and if your team is completely wiped out, it’s game over.

How to use
If you are eliminated, you can choose to start a restart timer instead of waiting to revive.
The reboot timer starts at 30 seconds and increases to 40 seconds later in the match. Remaining teammates can reduce the timer by downing or eliminating opponents, or by wiping out the enemy team.
Once the timer finishes, you will restart. Towards the end of the match, the restarts will stop and eliminated teammates will not be able to return.
Fortnite Reload Rewards
Fortnite Reload has intro quests that each award 20,000 XP. Completing three will unlock the Digital Dogfight Contrail, completing six will earn you the Pool Cube Wrap, and completing nine will earn you the NaNa Bath Back Bling. Earn a Victory Royale and you’ll get the Rezzbrella Glider.
Fortnite is free to join on PlayStation, Xbox, Switch, Android, and PC. Fortnite is also available on cloud-based streaming services.
Once you’ve logged in and launched Fortnite, select the “Fortnite Reload” tile on the Discover screen. Fortnite Reload is a Squads (4-player) experience.
