With so many players in the 2025 class already committed, attention is shifting to the few blue-chip players who are already remaining. Here are six early enrollment decision predictions for the top 2025 prospects across the state of Florida.

If there’s a dark horse, keep an eye on the Washington Huskies until further visit plans are solidified. Lane Kiffin The Florida Panhandle star will announce his selection on Sept. 21 and claim victory.

It’s never too early to analyze an elite underclassman, right? Crowell is already one of the top young backs in the country and has a national offer. The South Alabama native could be the latest to make the Iron Bowl comeback. Alabama And Auburn is recruiting.
The Crimson Tide open their season on Saturday, and he’s coming off a road trip. Karen DeBoeris at the top of his list, but Crowell isn’t in a rush to join and plans to continue traveling in search of new experiences.
Auburn will kick off Power Four play this weekend on the Plains as well. CalEven if the sophomore, potentially the best running back in the 2027 class, changes his mind and chooses to decide early, the race isn’t over. That’s how talented Crowell is.

Duckworth has been getting a lot of attention since backing away from her long-held promise. South CarolinaMany programs have inquired, but few have welcomed him back to campus since leaving over the summer.
But there is one program that isn’t. The South Florida running back has gained national traction over the past year or so, receiving offers from all over the country and making multiple trips along the way, but he still keeps returning to in-state programs, especially the Power Four programs closest to home. Miami Hurricane.
Mallory is Mario Cristobal A low center of gravity type, the early pipeline for Miami’s class of 2026 is based within the state lines, and Mallory recently told Rivals he has a chance of being drafted ahead of his fellow juniors, which could be another sign he’s closer to being drafted than some realize, and the Hurricanes’ momentum could be evident on and off the field here.

The top-100 senior linebacker, who committed to Miami last week, visited Auburn over the weekend and everything about his recruiting changed. Melendez loved being back on campus, the game day experience and the attention he received from the university. Hugh Freezestaff did not, not just in person, but despite a long-standing pledge to UM that was first called off in December.
Oklahoma is the other main candidate here. The inside linebacker wants to play SEC football, but this recruitment could fall through sooner than later. Barring a game-day trip to Norman, this looks like a race the Tigers will lose at this point.
