CANCUN, Mexico (Celebrity Access) — Following the successful debut of Oceans Calling Festival in Maryland in 2022, Playa Luna Presents, C3 Presents and OAR have announced the expansion of the brand to Mexico with the debut of Oceans Calling Second Wave Festival.
The festival, which will take place at Cancun’s Moon Palace Resort from January 19-22, 2025, will feature headliners Fall Out Boy, Weezer, Incubus and Cage the Elephant, as well as performances from Rebelution, 311, OAR, Jack’s Mannequin and Andrew McMahon in the Wilderness.

The festival will kick off on January 19th with a full set from OAR, followed over the weekend by daytime poolside sets from OAR, Andrew McMahon and Los Stellarians, a late-night performance from 311, a DJ set from Cage the Elephant’s Brad Schultz and more.
Guests can also enjoy a variety of local activities, from pool parties and cooking experiences to off-property adventures such as cave diving, visiting the ancient city of Chichen Itza, sailing and fishing.
