Bad Boy founder is being sued by a woman ashley parhamclaims that Diddy sexually assaulted her in a gang-bang-style rape after she dissed him on a FaceTime call.
According to the complaint obtained by TMZ, Parham met Diddy’s friend at a bar in February 2018 and called Diddy on FaceTime, but Parham was impressed by the man’s famous friend. He claims that he told Didi to his face. She thought he was involved in Puck’s death.
Parham claims Diddy told her he would “pay” for Tupac’s comments and for firing him outright, and a month later, a friend of Diddy’s He allegedly encouraged her to rape him.
Parham, dressed in a suit, said a man she met at a bar invited her to his home in Orinda, California, where Diddy showed up and said, “I thought I’d never see him in person again.” It is said that he told her, She said Diddy held a knife to the side of her face and told her he would give her a “Glasgow smile” in retaliation for Tupac’s comments.
Parham claims to be Didi’s top consultant. Christina Hollamis also there and KK tells Diddy not to cut Parham’s face as he might “sell” her to potential customers for sex. Ms Parham claims KK threatened to send her anywhere in the world and never see her family again.
In the documents, Parham alleges Diddy took off his clothes, removed the knife from his face, then removed a bottle of liquid from a large fanny pack and covered his body with a liquid-like substance. She said Diddy and KK tried to insert what they called an “IUD” into her vagina, but it malfunctioned, and then Diddy picked up a TV remote and roughly inserted it into her vagina, then used the remote control. He allegedly used the weapon to violently rape her.
Parham alleges that Diddy told her that her life was in his hands and that he would “take her away” and never see her again, and that he then violently assaulted her anally. He allegedly raped her and instructed two other men to do the same. She says they did it. She also claims that another man who was with Didi raped her vaginally.
Parham claims that after the alleged gang-bang-style rape, Diddy and his friends went to the backyard to smoke weed and cigarettes, leaving her limp body in the house. . When her body finally recovered, she said she tried to leave with a knife and an oversized shirt, but had to squeeze past Didi to get to the exit. She said she confronted Diddy, who gave her “enough drugs to put a horse down” and was surprised to see her walking.
Parham claims Diddy told her, “I haven’t had sex this hard in a long time,” offered her money and told her to say it was all consensual. Parham refused and threatened to go to the police, but Didi said no one would believe her and that she would harm her family if she told anyone. She said one of his co-workers showed her a cell phone that appeared to be live streaming video from outside her sister’s house.
In the lawsuit, Parham claims Diddy even called his mother. Janice Combsto convince her not to report the rape…and she said Diddy’s mother yelled at her not to hurt her son and ignored Parham’s claims that Diddy raped her.
Parham claims Diddy told her he had committed a bigger crime and then got away with it, and reintroduced her to Tupac. She said Tupac’s comments enraged one of the men with Diddy, who pulled out a gun and fired, causing Diddy to run.
He then chased Didi with a knife, catching up to him and nearly stabbing him when he started pleading for his life. She regained consciousness for a moment and ran toward the exit, but Diddy chased after her and brandished a knife, hitting her in the stomach.
In the documents, Parham claims she ran into the street and yelled for neighbors to call the police…then she heard Diddy’s SUV speeding away from the house.
Parham claims that a deputy with the Contra Costa County Sheriff’s Department responded and told her that she was violently gang-raped by Diddy and others…but she does not believe CCCSD investigated her claims. .
She also said she reported the rape to Walnut Creek and Orinda police…but was told that no law enforcement agency had begun an active investigation into her report.
