Wandering Judge Juan Marchan on Tuesday once again put a hold on any ruling in the Trump case in Manhattan.
Mr. Machan discontinued his case today. He will decide where the case goes next.

Earlier this month, Judge Juan Marchan suspended the ruling in the New York case, citing President Trump’s election victory.
Marchand suspended President Trump’s sentencing date, which had been scheduled for later this month.

“A judge postponed ruling on whether to dismiss President-elect Donald Trump’s criminal convictions. These are 34 lawsuits announced at the end of May, May 30th, that the former president has been fighting ever since. are.

In August, New York’s unscrupulous judge, Juan Marchan, denied President Trump’s third request to dismiss his “hush money” lawsuit.
The dirty judge’s ruling was released to the public that same month, right in the middle of the 2024 election.
Judge Marchan’s daughter’s platform made tens of millions of dollars from her father’s lawsuit against Trump.
At the time, President Trump was still under a partial gag order. We’re still wondering how this could be legal. And why wasn’t the Republican Party outraged by this criminal legal action against a presidential candidate?
In May, President Trump accused porn star Stormy Daniels (also known as Stephanie Clifford) of paying “hush money” through her then-lawyer Michael Cohen to keep her quiet and stop talking about the allegations. He was convicted of all 34 felonies. The incident was not published in the National Enquirer. For some reason, Trump has been accused of accounting errors 34 times. The misdemeanor was changed to a felony in order to charge the former president. A far-left kangaroo court quickly found him guilty of false crimes.
Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg alleged that Trump committed fraud because the payments were labeled as “legal fees.” This was complete nonsense. No one in history has ever been indicted or convicted of such a false crime. But we’re talking about the New York cesspool, and we’re talking about the communist left.
President Trump’s lawyers have repeatedly called for Marchan to resign, citing a conflict of interest involving his daughter, Lauren Marchan.
Lauren Marchand’s political firm made tens of millions of dollars from her father’s lawsuit against Trump.
The whole incident was a set up to get Trump.
At some point, Judge Marchand and Judge Alvin Bragg need to be investigated for this egregious abuse of the judicial system.
