New PenCS module supports aged care incentives
PenCS has introduced a new module on its Practice Cloud platform that supports care planning activities relevant to general practice in the Aged Care Incentive.
The federal scheme provides practice and provider incentives of A$430 (approximately US$290) per eligible patient each year.
PenCS’s MyMedicare – Aged Care Incentive module allows healthcare organizations to identify eligible patients, auto-generate reminder and recall lists, visualize billed and unbilled MBS items, see potential revenue opportunities for eligible patient cohorts, and understand patient lists based on various parameters such as age and hospitalization risk.
The introduction of this new module comes as PenCS adds new dashboards and reports, including actionable patient lists, to Practice Cloud.
