Amazon Prime Day 2024 will take place on July 16th and 17th

Prime Day 2024, like every year, will be a two-day sale exclusive to Amazon Prime members. The company typically treats its multi-day sales as its own Black Friday, a fair comparison considering the event often sees many popular products on sale at their highest prices of the year. In the past, some of the best sales have been exclusive to one of the two days, many of which came as limited-time lightning sales. As in previous years, some discounts will also come in the form of invite-only sales, where you can sign up in advance directly on the product pages.

While you can expect deals from a whole host of brands, including Sony and Peloton, a significant portion of the Prime Day deals will be on Amazon’s own products. This includes Amazon Echo speakers and smart displays, Amazon Fire TV sets and streaming devices, Ring cameras, Kindles, Eero routers, and more. In fact, Amazon is offering many of these items at “lowest prices ever” in the lead-up to the shopping event. Newest Fire TV Cube, 3rd Generation Echo Show 8and Take notes with Kindle Scribe.

It’s not uncommon to see great deals on digital goods and services, too. Amazon is offering new subscribers five months of Amazon Music Unlimited for free, up to 50% off select movies and shows to rent or buy, and discounts on Prime Video Channels like Starz and Crunchyroll. Prime members can also get $15 off orders of $75 or more at Amazon Fresh brick-and-mortar stores between June 26 and July 15, and sign up for three months of Amazon’s new unlimited grocery delivery subscription for free. The latter promotion is also available to EBT customers, or at least those who haven’t signed up for the service before.

In the past, rival retailers have tried to take Amazon’s lead with rival sales, but that’s what Walmart is aiming to do. Recently Announced Walmart Deals Events It will take place on July 8, but Amazon will also work with select partners to host comparable sales for smaller brands like PopSockets. You can use Amazon’s “Shop with Prime” option to buy directly from a number of specialty brands throughout the two-day event, taking advantage of free shipping, 24/7 chat support, and other Prime perks.
